Welcome to the River City

Rainbow Foundation

We uplift local movements by building Systems of Community and providing direct support to make organizing easier, stronger, and safer.

Our Mission

We cultivate Systems of Community that make organizing safer, stronger, and more effective, while carefully stewarding the tools and knowledge that will support future generations of activists.

Our Vision

Our local community thriving in interdependence, sustaining collective power and resilience across generations.

Our Values

Unity:

It's time for us to work together. This is bigger than all of us.

Intersectionality:

We all have many parts to ourselves and they all matter. We lift the parts the world tries to push down.

Community:

The only way out is through, and the only way through is by showing up for each other.

Stewardship:

Our efforts today should forge the path for those who come after.
